Niseko Ski Lodge is an owner-operated property management business with an experienced team of professionals offering highly personalised property and vacation rental management.
We focus on meeting the individual needs of our owners and manage properties that are owner-occupied, private holiday houses, vacation rentals and longer-term (local) rental properties. Our team are available year-round and can help with anything from new builds, to snow clearing during winter.

For vacation rentals and owners alike our team offer sales and marketing services, reservations, check-in and check-out services, housekeeping, full concierge services for owners and guests alike, and general property maintenance.
Our concierge services include local Niseko transfers, in house check-in and check-out, ski school, backcountry guiding, coordinating transfers, activities, in-house chef, in-house massage, grocery deliveries and BBQ packages.
