Rhys Liddle
Rhys is our Managing Director, and he loves backcountry skiing, Japanese food and river tubing in Niseko. You'll find him out on adventures any time of year.
Mikie Liddle
Mikie is our Office Administrator, and she loves summer adventures, snowboarding and Vegemite after spending many years working abroad.
Chrystle Wellburn
Chrystle is our Marketing Manager, and she loves snowboarding, local festivals and road trips around Hokkaido.
Starting with a single lodge in Hirafu, and expanding to include multiple lodges, apartments, chalets and luxury houses in Niseko.

Niseko Ski Lodge was started by a ski instructor and mountain guide who got a taste of Japanese powder snow and decided not to leave.

Niseko Ski Lodge properties are relaxing and comfortable with a focus on making the most of the mountain activities, great food, and local events that Niseko is famous for.
You might be visiting for the famous powder snow, fun summer festivals or endless outdoor activities. Our goal is to share the best of Niseko during all seasons.
